Oftentimes clients come to us to facilitate for them during business strategy building sessions or conferences. They may need a facilitator for the senior members of the organisation, or only for a department that needs to re-focus and align.
We strongly advocate an off-site strategy building session at least once a year to define and communicate the business objectives. We have experienced conference facilitators who are able to guide the session and derive the maximum benefit for the organisation out of it.
It is always best for the team members to be focused on what they are doing and not to worry about taking notes or producing the final strategy or conference outcome. That is our job. We facilitate the conference from start to finish in conjunction with your team, plan the agenda, facilitate on the day and then write up the results to deliver a full strategic plan after the off-site conference.
