Sales Challenge:

  • Are you Self starting and hungry to prove your worth? – (oh ! … and earn some good money from home)
  • Can you systematically work through a call list using an agreed script to contact potential clients and make appointments ?
  • Can you provide feedback on calls made and sales funnel ?
  • Are you prepared to visit potential clients in person with samples ?
  • Do you want to earn a 5 figure income from home ?

Job Specification:

  • Creditor Reconciliations
  • Load weekly and monthly payments 
  • Capture expense invoices 
  • Process Journals
  • Import and process bank statements
  • Calculate commissions and discounts
  • Prepare Monthly Salary spreadsheet 
  • Load salary payments
  • Update leave schedules 
  • Maintain Time log
  • Staff contracts
  • Manage Provident fund additions and withdrawals
  • Any additional adhoc roles not listed above

Our client in the fishing industry requires 3 senior bookkeepers with minimum 5 years’ experience.

Job Specification:
Trial balance to balance sheet
Detailed knowledge of Pastel Partner and Pastel Payroll
Full creditors and Debtors function including collections
Capture and Reconcile Bank
Monthly reconciliations of loan and creditors accounts
Maintenance of general ledger accounts including debtors and creditors
Submissions of monthly statutory returns (VAT, PAYE, UIF and WCA)
Monthly management reports
Processing of crew wages and salaries
Preparation and capturing of company recharges
Any additional adhoc roles not listed above.
