Our client in the fishing industry requires 3 senior bookkeepers with minimum 5 years’ experience.
Job Specification:
Trial balance to balance sheet
Detailed knowledge of Pastel Partner and Pastel Payroll
Full creditors and Debtors function including collections
Capture and Reconcile Bank
Monthly reconciliations of loan and creditors accounts
Maintenance of general ledger accounts including debtors and creditors
Submissions of monthly statutory returns (VAT, PAYE, UIF and WCA)
Monthly management reports
Processing of crew wages and salaries
Preparation and capturing of company recharges
Any additional adhoc roles not listed above.

6. Our offices are near Cape Town International, so please indicate if you are willing to travel here daily and if you have your own transport
7. How flexible you are to work on weekends if required from time to time
8. Lastly, how flexible you are in your current position to attend interviews at our client’s premises. (The interview process will comprise at least three separate interviews)
